What are the opening times of my local store?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept debit cards switch, delta and of course cash. You may also request up to £50.00 cash back with these types of cards. However, we do not accept cheques, credit cards, Amex or coupons/food vouchers.

Sometimes I can’t find the product that I want from your leaflet. Where is it?

Unfortunately, as many of our stunning offers have limited supply, they often sell out very quickly. Our best advice would be to get to your local store early on a Monday or Thursday morning when our special offers go in store. Most of our stores open at 8.30am.

Can I call my local store?

As part of our low cost approach to grocery shopping, guaranteeing all savings are returned to our customers, we want our store staff to focus on serving our customers on the shop floor. Therefore we have one central customer care department at our support centre. They can be contacted on 0845 6000 200.

Lines are available from 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday only. Our dedicated staff will be able to answer your calls on any problem or query you may have.

Can I reserve particular items or goods?

Unfortunately we are unable to reserve goods under any circumstances. As we only have a finite quantity of our weekly special offers, we want to ensure all our customers have an equal opportunity of buying them on a first come first served basis.
