The Store Manager or District Manager handle all customer enquiries in store, so the easiest way to contact them is by visiting the store. Come in and say hello. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Service team via the contact form on this website.

We are currently opening stores in the areas across the North of England. Our property team is on the lookout for new sites. As soon as we have confirmed a new location, we publish it on our website, through local newspapers and in on-site signage.

Contact the store where you bought it and they will handle it. Rules will vary depending on the item and the warranty.

Our standard rule is that you need to bring in your receipt to return an item. Please contact the Store Manager for further information.

No. We don’t currently do home deliveries. But our stores are well organised so it doesn’t take too long to get around them.

Spot Deals are only available in-store from the date when the Spot Deal starts.
So if you see a deal you want, hurry, because when they’re gone, they’re gone!

Our Spot Deals are always limited offers. We always try to order the right amount of stock as our main aim is to keep our customers happy, but our Spot Deals are very competitively priced and demand is high. That means you have to get in store and buy the Spot Deals as soon as you see them!

No, the offer date indicates when the promotion starts. Spot deals will stay on sale while stocks last.
